760 is a mixed use complex that will connect to the beltline. The project is the re-development of an abandoned Georgia power facility. The project includes three interconnected parcels with a single connected underground parking structure. Parcel A includes three office towers with curtain wall cladding. Parcel B is a hotel with an exterior concrete lattice structure, window wall, and a pool deck. Parcel C is a residential building with stair-stepping terraces.
