Echo Street West is a mixed use complex that will connect to the beltline. BPL is currently engaged to provide consultation for the Phase 1 office and commercial development comprised of two mid-rise office buildings with steel exoskeleton structure and cross laminated timber floors, two mid-rise creative office, and restaurant spaces. All buildings are constructed over a shared below grade parking structure with waterproofed outdoor terraces over top of the parking.
